I know that some of you prefer an all fluorocarbon leader and there is nothing wrong with that. However, for those who don't have the requirement or need for one, I have a happy compromise. I've never had a fish strike my butt section, so with that in mind, I introduce the maxima and fluorocarbon combination. The butt and mid section of this leader is maxima chameleon for its turnover and floating ability, while the "money section" of the last 3 segments are fluorocarbon.
